No. Each person may open only one account on ligabandot. During account creation and KYC verification, we check for duplicate accounts using your name, email address, phone number, and national ID. If we detect multiple accounts under the same person, we will close the duplicate accounts and may restrict access to ligabandot. If you've forgotten your login details, use our password-recovery tool instead of opening a new account. If you've lost access to your original email or phone number, contact our support team and we can help you regain access to your existing account.

We require a government-issued photo ID (national ID card, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of residential address. The address document should show your name and current address and can be a recent utility bill, bank statement, or lease agreement dated within the last three months. We may request additional documents if verification is unclear or if your account shows unusual activity. KYC is mandatory before your first withdrawal; account deposits may proceed during verification, but withdrawal requests are held until verification is complete. Most members complete KYC within a few hours of submitting documents.

Payments and transactions

These are separate from ligabandot and depend on your financial institution's policies. We recommend checking with your bank or e-wallet about any applicable charges before you deposit or withdraw. The amount you see quoted on ligabandot is the net amount you will send or receive, excluding any third-party fees. If you have questions about a charge on your bank or e-wallet statement, contact your provider's customer service.

If you have a promotion code for ligabandot, you can enter it during account creation or later in your account settings under "Promotions." Look for the "Apply Promotion Code" field, paste your code, and click apply. The system will confirm whether the code is valid and what offer it unlocks. Once applied, any applicable promotion will be reflected in your account. Promotion codes are often distributed during major tournaments such as Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, or Piala AFF, or to members who have opted in to email updates.
